Yes you generally can take photos. You may have to check and see what areas are okay and what areas are off limits. But generally long as you are quiet and don't disturb guests or residents i think they will work with you.

How much r 1 bed room by the week

I'm not sure but the state is awesome the wrongs are beautiful extra clean service is awesome I stayed at once a month

The King Edward Hotel and The King Edward Apartment's are 2 different entities in the same building Not sure which you are asking questions about.

Yes on the 1 bedroom's. Not sure of price. Definitely pet friendly.
